冲击速度和磨粒粒度对FeCrAl/WC复合涂层冲蚀性能的影响 总被引:4,自引:2,他引:4
采用粉芯丝材作为原料,利用高速电弧喷涂技术制备了具有良好抗高温冲蚀磨损性能的FeCrAl/WC复合涂层;考察了650℃下冲击速度和磨粒粒度对复合涂层高温冲蚀磨损性能的影响.结果表明,复合涂层和20G锅炉钢的耐高温冲蚀磨损能力随着磨粒粒度的增加而有所提高;30°攻角下冲蚀率随磨粒粒度的变化速率比90°攻角下的小;同20G锅炉钢相比,复合涂层对速更加敏感,速度越低,FeCrAl/WC复合涂层的抗冲蚀磨损性能越好. 相似文献

The effects of the Gaussian white noise excitation on structural safety due to erosion of safe basin in Duffing oscillator
with double potential wells are studied in the present paper. By employing the well-developed stochastic Melnikov condition
and Monte–Carlo method, various eroded basins are simulated in deterministic and stochastic cases of the system, and the ratio
of safe initial points (RSIP) is presented in some given limited domain defined by the system’s Hamiltonian for various parameters
or first-passage times. It is shown that structural safety control becomes more difficult when the noise excitation is imposed
on the system, and the fractal basin boundary may also appear when the system is excited by Gaussian white noise only. From
the RSIP results in given limited domain, sudden discontinuous descents in RSIP curves may occur when the system is excited
by harmonic or stochastic forces, which are different from the customary continuous ones in view of the first-passage problems.
In addition, it is interesting to find that RSIP values can even increase with increasing driving amplitude of the external
harmonic excitation when the Gaussian white noise is also present in the system.

通过改造MCF-30型冲蚀腐蚀试验机,建立了水、沙、气三相流冲蚀磨损试验装置;试验研究了水、沙混合流场中试样的磨损特征,通过扫描电子显微镜观测了三相流冲蚀磨损表面,并借助计算机模拟分析水、沙混合条件下产生气蚀破坏的条件.结果表明:合理的设计可以实现冲蚀与气蚀的复合磨损模拟试验;形成三相流共同作用下的冲蚀与气蚀复合磨损重要条件为介质中含有较多气体,并且在试样中有气泡溃灭.三相流磨损模拟试验与仿真为进一步开展三相流气蚀与冲蚀磨损研究奠定了基础. 相似文献

Fluid banks sometimes form during gravity-driven counter-current flow in certain natural reservoir processes. Prediction of
flow performance in such systems depends on our understanding of the bank-formation process. Traditional modeling methods
using a single capillary pressure curve based on a final saturation distribution have successfully simulated counter-current
flow without fluid banks. However, it has been difficult to simulate counter-current flow with fluid banks. In this paper,
we describe the successful saturation-history-dependent modeling of counter-current flow experiments that result in fluid
banks. The method used to simulate the experiments takes into account hysteresis in capillary pressure and relative permeabilities.
Each spatial element in the model follows a distinct trajectory on the capillary pressure versus saturation map, which consists
of the capillary hysteresis loop and the associated capillary pressure scanning curves. The new modeling method successfully
captured the formation of the fluid banks observed in the experiments, including their development with time. Results show
that bank formation is favored where the pc-versus-saturation slope is low. Experiments documented in the literature that exhibited formation of fluid banks were also

通过对裸露黄土公路边坡、厚层基材植草公路边坡、三维网植草公路边坡以及平台植树公路边坡的现场降雨冲刷试验,阐述了不同防护型式的公路黄土边坡在降雨条件下的坡面径流、含泥量以及坡面冲刷情况,得出了"降雨对边坡坡面的侵蚀过程,首先是从雨滴直接打击土体开始,进而引起溅蚀,分散土粒,紧接着发生超渗径流造成坡面冲刷。"以及"对坡面破坏最大的是坡顶上方来水"等重要结论。验证了坡面植物防护以及平台植树等防护方法可以有效降低降雨冲刷对坡面的侵蚀破坏,为黄土地区公路边坡植物防护的设计施工以提供了可靠的依据。 相似文献

The present work discusses the effect of the pearlitic morphology with varying fineness on the cavitation erosion behavior of eutectoid rail steel. Cavitation erosion of three different types of the pearlitic steels (furnace-cooled, air-cooled, and forced-air-cooled) consisting of coarse, fine, and very fine microstructures were tested in 3.5% NaCl solution and compared with that of the as-received pearlitic rail steel. The variation in the mean depth of erosion (MDE) and mean depth erosion rate (MDER) with erosion time was analyzed. Furthermore, the cavitation erosion resistance of the as-received, the air-cooled, and the forced-air-cooled was found to be 1.03, 1.51, and 2.14 times better than the furnace-cooled pearlitic steel, respectively. It was concluded that the cavitation erosion resistance of the pearlitic steel increased with the increase in the fineness of the microstructure. 相似文献

Substantial progress in research on the recession of coastal cliffs composed of soft materials has been made in recent years and data with higher accuracy have been accumulated. This paper provides the state of the art review in the recession studies and highlights two new findings obtained from the reanalysis of existing data. The review topics are: episodic and localized nature of cliff recession; the development of cliffline; the relationship between cliff height and recession rate; mechanisms of cliff toe erosion by waves; a fundamental equation for wave-induced toe erosion; factors controlling toe erosion; and slope instabilities and mass movements. The findings are presented on (1) the temporal change in cliffline recession mode and (2) the effect of beach sediment at the cliff base on the cliff erosion. 相似文献
